This Blog is to tell the story of my struggle with weight loss. As I start this blog I am at a junction in my life that I either lose weight or die. At 480 LB's and almost bedridden things have to change now!
Just a quick snack that is easy and not to expensive is get thin sliced turkey breast (lean and low sodium) next take some bell peppers and or other veggie fixings and just roll them in a slice of turkey.
THat is easy enough and tasts great.
