#31 All Aboard!

Great news my wife just got a gym membership today. I am so excited to see how much better she will feel as well as all the other benefits. I just wish we could go to the gym together but that is ok it is a really awesome thing. Now I need to try and get a good work out for her. You know one that is fun and exiting to do, something you look forward to doing. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them.

#30 Salad dressing quick and dirty

I have a really quick and easy solution for a better salad dressing.

The thing I like about doing your own dressings is you know exactly what you have.
I like to know what I am eating anymore. I also like to be able to make things just how I want them with out any extra or missing some thing.

#29 Certified Dietitian and Wellness Consultant

Good day every one. Here lately I have been considering becoming a Certified Dietitian and Wellness Consultant. I feel that this is a area that is really needed. I have been over weight all my life and I have never been given the information I have learned over the past 3 months. I know if someone would have sat me down 20 years ago and told me every thing I know know I would not be over weight.
I also hate how it seems ever other person, article, website, or trainer has a conflicting opinion on what is good to eat and what is not.  I mean it is so frustrating when every one is saying something different. Half the time I just want to throw my arms up in the air and say I give up, I'll just go with their opinion because  they have a cooler website.
I do not think finding good factual up to date information should be that hard. I know there are some good recourses out there but what is a person to do when you two of the best resources say two different things. I can not tell you how many times I just wish I had a knowledgeable person I could ask. 
If there is enough interest and I could benefit others by becoming a Dietitian I think I may pursue it.
Let me know what you think and if knowing a dietitian would be beneficial.

#28 Sugar It may be Killing me.

I am always studying and trying to learn more and more about diet and nutrition. Well a friend of mine the other day sent me to check out this lecture about Sugar and Fructose. 
As I watched this it scared the crap out of me. I am glad the first thing I addressed in my diet was to cut HFCS but I did not realize what all fructose was in. This video is very long but the information is well worth knowing.

I hope you can get alot out of it and I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
