#51 Exercise but WHY and HOW?

As most people have heard to lose weight exercise is necessary, and it is. However it can be hard and why is it necessary? Well the why is endless, in short it will make you feel better both physically and mentally, give you more confidence, sleep better and on and on. There is a large misconception about exercise and weight loss though.

In fact I have been thinking for the past two days what can I do? And nothing has come to mind. Don't you just hate it when that happens? So instead I will just jot down some of the things going on.

#47 Want to go GREEN

Well I have been spending a lot more time lately dreaming and trying to focus the direction of my life.
I really love working at the gym. I get to meet so many great people. I even have the chance to share my journey and help a few people out here and there. As I mentioned a while back I wanted to look into becoming a personal trainer. The more I think about it the more I realize that I want to do more then just that. I know it would be plenty rewarding but I want to help in more ways.

#46 Slow to go.

You ever have one of those weeks that every thing just seems to be a hurdle and you are always spinning your wheels. Well that is what the past two weeks have been for me. I just can not seem to get on the right track. I keep running into obsticals that are taking up time I would really rather invest in other areas. Like working out. I have not been able to get a full workout in in two weeks. The one thing I can say is having people supporting me is great. But the ones who could care less and just want my time and effort at the cost of me may just have to go.
I hate treating people like that but sometimes you need to let people fall behind so you can move forward.
