I have been doing a few new workouts for the past six weeks. Really pushing the heart rate up. I really do like pushing my limits now. I am hoping to really push my weight loss. Here is an updated pic. I plan to add the new workouts to my workouts page soon.

  2. Sorry Dark Heart when I went to check out your blog I had a bunch of stuff try to redirect and force access there is something very bad going on so I can not encourage others to check out your blog as I could not even see your content before things started attacking my system.
